# Function: buildSmartTokenWithdrawMsg()

Build the withdraw msg: a MsgTransferTokens with from=caller,
to=backingAddress, prioritizing the withdraw approval. The chain
auto-routes the backing IBC coin out of the backing alias into the
caller's account.
